As 2026 unfolds, we take a moment to reflect back on 2025—a season defined by meaningful milestones and moments shared across Nauka. From the opening of Siari, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, to the debut of The Booby Trap Short Course, our first tournaments, and a vibrant holiday program, the community truly came to life.
From a hole-in-one during opening week at The Booby Trap to welcoming more than 250 members and families to ring in the New Year together, the season was a powerful reminder of what Nauka is all about: time well spent, shared experiences, and the simple joy of being together.
We look ahead with excitement and with deep gratitude for your continued trust and presence in this place we’re building together.
What's New & What's Next
The Beach Club
Across the Club, thoughtful enhancements continue to take shape.
At the Beach Club, refreshed spaces now include a new bar overlooking the pool and beach, a sushi bar, expanded seating with hammocks, a beach lawn, a pizza oven area, and the Agave Room, home to one of the region’s most considered agave collections.
Looking ahead, planning continues for a new Cliff Amenity, a relaxed oceanfront gathering place with sea access, a lounging pool, wooden decks woven around existing trees, and a bar and grill designed to blend naturally into the landscape.
This season also marked the introduction of Nauka Scouts, a gentle program for our youngest members shaped by land, sea, and culture, where curiosity, imagination, and confidence grow at a natural pace.
At The Village, La Huerta has begun to take shape with a Chino-Latino culinary concept. From farm-to-wok cooking classes to full-moon mezcal evenings and hands-on workshops, each experience is communal, grounded, and connected to fresh ingredients grown on site.
LIFE at the Club
From Thanksgiving through New Year’s, the Club was filled with warmth and togetherness.
Days flowed between golf, racquet play, and time on the water, while evenings turned into festive gatherings and relaxed nights at the Beach Club. Watching members and families come together throughout the season was one of the most meaningful highlights of the year.

LIFE Adventures
Whales Experience
New ways to experience Nauka unfolded this season.
Quiet journeys through the mangroves, visits to Blue-footed Booby Island, spearfishing along the coast, and surf safaris shaped by the day’s conditions invite members to slow down, explore, and connect more deeply with this place.
Each season, humpback whales migrate along our coastline. From breaching displays to mothers guiding their calves, whale watching aboard our Iguana boat offers a quiet reminder of the ocean’s rhythm and wonder.
Golf at Nauka
Driving Range at The Bird Golf Tournament
The year concluded with memorable moments on the course.
The Booby Trap Short Course officially opened on December 31, 2025, and on just its second day, a hole-in-one on Hole 1 marked a memorable debut. Congratulations to Patty Anderson, guest of Kelle and Julie Simon.
Shortly after, an especially meaningful milestone followed on Nauka’s Championship Course. Talor Gooch recorded the first-ever hole-in-one on the main course, landing an 8-iron on the iconic 184-yard Hole 14, made even more special as he played alongside his two-year-old son. One of those rare golf moments that becomes part of a course’s story.
Between rounds, a few favorites quickly emerged:
The Burgerdilla at The Nest on Hole 7, part burger, part quesadilla, entirely worth the stop.
The new stretching deck at the Driving Range, designed to energize your game before the first tee.
La Panga on Hole 14, where open flame robata cooking meets a true toes in the sand setting by the sea.
The season also brought spirited competition through our tournaments.
Dos Amigos winners: Kelle Simon & MK Thanos
Fiesta Scramble winners: Alfredo Miguel, Álvaro Ortiz, Sergio Huan & Antonio Name
The Bird winners: Fernando Pérez, Mauricio Esquino, Diego Arregui & Rafael Alarcón
New & Enhanced Amenities
Beach Racquet Club
Several additions have quietly become part of daily life at Nauka.
The Tequila Room opened as a dedicated space to explore Mexico’s agave heritage and is now home to more than 200 carefully curated expressions.
The Beach Racquet Club emerged as a lively gathering point during the holidays, hosting lessons, clinics, open play, and friendly tournaments. The racquet program now includes four pickleball courts, two padel courts, and one full-size hard tennis court, with curated retail selections and a refreshment station arriving soon.
Development & Membership
Palafitos at The Village
In response to our members’ valuable feedback, we’re happy to share that lodging at The Village will remain available through late Q2, subject to availability.
Over the past couple of years, The Village has been home to countless mornings, sunsets, family moments, and shared memories. It’s where many members and their families first experienced Nauka and where so much of what we love about it began.
For members who do not have a residence at Siari, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, we invite you to stop by the Welcome Pavilion to activate your hotel account. This allows dining and services throughout the resort to be conveniently reflected on a monthly statement, making each visit feel effortless and connected.

We also introduced The Horizon Residence, a new custom home concept by IZA Arquitectos, set along the mountainside facing the Pacific. The residence features six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, three half baths, and approximately 19,440 sq. ft. of total area, including expansive indoor and terrace living spaces, an infinity pool with jacuzzi and firepit, private elevator and garage, and a dedicated gym and spa.
Within Siari, the Nauka Living Studio has opened as a refined, invitation-only space where guests may explore Nauka naturally and at their own pace through curated materials, immersive digital content, and a scale model.

Did You Know?
The blue feet of the blue-footed booby are a sign of health. Their color comes from pigments in the fish they eat, with brighter blue signaling strength and vitality.
During courtship, males proudly lift their feet—turning nourishment into communication.
On November 14, 2025, Siari, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, officially opened, marking a meaningful new chapter for Nauka. The day unfolded with traditional Nayarit performances, a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and an evening celebration at Estero Beach Club, shared together and setting the tone for what lies ahead.

Nauka is part of Life Properties International (LPI) — a curated collection of destination-led communities shaped by nature, design, and intentional living.
Each LPI community is distinct in character and setting, yet united by a shared philosophy: thoughtful stewardship of land, meaningful experiences, and places designed to be lived in.
The LPI Portfolio
Nauka | Riviera Nayarit, Mexico A private club community where nature, adventure, sustainability, and culture converge. Anchored by Tom Fazio golf, a future Marina Village & Yacht Club, and Siari, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Nauka is one of Mexico’s most compelling coastal destinations.
Caye Chapel | Belize A once-in-a-lifetime, 280-acre private island community featuring a limited collection of oceanfront residences and a luxurious Four Seasons Hotel. Set on the edge of the largest barrier reef in the Western Hemisphere, Caye Chapel blends adventure, tranquility, and natural beauty, with daily views of sunrise and sunset.
Bruma | Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico A private vineyard and agrarian estate celebrating Mexico’s premier wine country through immersive living, regenerative viticulture, award-winning gastronomy, anda community designed for connection and legacy.
A Closer Circle
As part of this evolution, we are stepping into the next chapter by offering the first Bruma residences exclusively to LPI members, beginning with our founders and closest network.
This early access reflects the trust, shared vision, and long-term relationships that have shaped the LPI community from the beginning. Additional destinations are already taking form, with future international locations to be introduced thoughtfully over time.
We look forward to sharing more details soon and continuing to grow this portfolio together — one place, one community, and one meaningful experience at a time.
